Ethaar and Helping the Community are proud to present Recipes of Hope - a unique cookbook highlighting not only special dishes prepared by immigrants and refugees, but also the heroic stories behind each recipe. 

The reader will learn how the featured chefs overcame obstacles and thrived in the face of adversity. 

Proceeds from these sales will be used to support incoming refugees and help them acclimate to life here in the US so they too can flourish.
